The client understands that the regular cost of The Somatic Business Blueprint is non-refundable after 48 hours.

The client agrees to pay the purchase price and not to cancel/dispute this transaction with their bank or credit card company. There will be no chargebacks. The coach is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over-limit charges, or NSF fees by the client’s bank or credit card company. Should you be unable to make the payments as outlined in this terms of use, you agree to promptly notify the coach and/or coach’s team to ensure payments are not missed.

LATE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that a payment is not received by the due date, the coach shall grant a 7 day grace period to make the payment, otherwise, the product, program, course, membership or service will not continue. We reserve the right to cease access immediately and permanently.

Should you fail to make a payment in a timely manner in accordance with these terms and conditions, or voluntarily decide to withdraw from our product, program, course, membership or service at any time or for any reason whatsoever, you remain fully and wholly responsible for the full cost of the program, course, membership or service and company shall retain all rights available to them under the law.

Should you wish not to continue the product, program, course, membership or service you remain fully and wholly responsible for the full cost of the product, program, course, membership or service and the coach shall retain all rights available to them under the law.

DISCLAIMER

The client understands that the role of The Somatic Business Blueprint is not to diagnose, treat or cure any medical diseases, conditions, or other physical or mental ailments. The coach is not to act or treat in the capacity of a doctor, licensed therapist, psychologist, or other licensed or registered professional. Any advice given by the coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS

The client takes full responsibility for the client’s life and well-being and all decisions made during and after this program. The client releases the coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the coach, arising from the client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to the program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the coach.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The coach will keep the client's information private and will not share the client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law.

THE SERVICES

The client’s purchase may include different components, including e-books, videos, audio tracks, manuals, guides, webinars, coaching, training courses, voice messages, and/or other products and services. The client agrees not to share login information, call-in numbers, passwords, documents or protected links with anyone unless noted by the coach.
