PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY 

The client understands that ANCHOR is a recorded digital workshop with included replay access and is delivered immediately upon purchase.

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access to proprietary materials, all payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

The client agrees to pay the full purchase price and agrees not to cancel, dispute, or initiate a chargeback with their bank or credit card company.

The coach is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over-limit charges, or NSF fees incurred by the client’s bank or credit card company.

By completing this purchase, the client confirms their commitment to this agreement in full.

 

ACCESS AND DELIVERY

The client understands that access to workshop materials and replay content is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or transferred in any form.

Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of materials may result in revoked access without refund and may result in legal action.

 

NO GUARANTEES 

The client understands that results are dependent on personal participation, integration, and application.

The coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or experiences. 

ANCHOR provides education, somatic guidance, and integration tools, but individual outcomes will vary.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY 

The client accepts full responsibility for their physical, emotional, mental, and personal well-being during and after participation in ANCHOR.

The client voluntarily participates in all exercises, movement patterns, and somatic practices.

The client releases the coach and company from any and all liability, damages, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in ANCHOR, except in cases of gross negligence.

The client understands participation is voluntary and agrees to honor their own physical and emotional limits.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY 

Any personal information shared by the client will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All materials, frameworks, teachings, movement patterns, and methods provided within ANCHOR are proprietary intellectual property owned by the coach.

The client agrees not to reproduce, teach, distribute, sell, or share these materials without written permission.

 

AGREEMENT 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.

You acknowledge that you are purchasing access to ANCHOR knowingly, voluntarily, and with full understanding of these terms.
