How the LIVE Cohort Works:

You'll move through the Uncapped Capacity curriculum and somatic work on your own time before each week's call. (~30 minutes/week)

Our live calls are for coaching, support, and integration around what actually comes up as you move through the work. This is where you can bring what you're experiencing, where you're getting stuck, what you're noticing, and what you need support moving through.

You do not need to be at the same place as everyone else during the cohort. You'll move through the work at your body's pace while learning the full 12 Stages framework over our 12 weeks together.

PLEASE READ THIS ATTACHED AGREEMENT IN FULL BEFORE SIGNING UP.

The client understands that all purchases of Uncapped Capacity, including the Self-Guided Course and 12-Week LIVE Cohort options, are non-refundable.

The client agrees to pay the purchase price. The client agrees not to initiate a chargeback for charges properly made under this agreement and will contact the coach first to attempt to resolve any billing dispute. The coach is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over-limit charges, or NSF fees by the client’s bank or credit card company. Should you be unable to make the payments as outlined in these terms of use, you agree to promptly notify the coach and/or coach’s team to ensure payments are not missed.

LATE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that a payment is not received by the due date, the coach shall grant a 7 day grace period to make the payment, otherwise, the product, program, course, membership or service will not continue. We reserve the right to cease access immediately and permanently.

If the client selects a payment plan, the client understands that the payment plan is a payment arrangement for the full purchase price and is not a cancel-anytime subscription. The client agrees to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation, course completion, or, where applicable, attendance at live coaching calls.

Should you fail to make a payment in a timely manner in accordance with these terms and conditions, or voluntarily decide to withdraw from our product, program, course, membership or service at any time or for any reason whatsoever, you remain fully and wholly responsible for the full cost of the program, course, membership or service and the company shall retain all rights available to them under the law.

Upon cancellation, access to all bonus materials/courses/etc. will be revoked.

DISCLAIMER

The client understands that the role of Uncapped Capacity is not to diagnose, treat or cure any medical diseases, conditions, or other physical or mental ailments. The coach is not to act or treat in the capacity of a doctor, licensed therapist, psychologist, or other licensed or registered professional. Any advice given by the coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS

The client takes full responsibility for the client’s life and well-being and all decisions made during and after this program. The client releases the coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the coach, arising from the client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to the program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the coach.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The coach will keep the client's information private and will not share the client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law.

If participating in the 12-Week LIVE Cohort, the client also agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and not share, reproduce, or disclose personal information or experiences shared by other participants during group calls or within any private group spaces.

THE SERVICES

The client’s purchase may include different components, including e-books, videos, audio tracks, manuals, guides, webinars, coaching, training courses, voice messages, and/or other products and services. The client agrees not to share login information, call-in numbers, passwords, documents or protected links with anyone unless noted by the coach.

If the client purchases the 12-Week LIVE Cohort option, the purchase also includes access to the scheduled live group coaching, support, and integration calls for that cohort. The client understands that attendance is their responsibility. Missed calls, inability to attend, or failure to participate do not entitle the client to a refund, cancellation, or release from any remaining payment obligations.
