The Real Reason Your Reality Hasn’t Caught Up Yet

We can’t talk about quantum physics without also talking about your reticular activating system (RAS), neuroplasticity, manifestation, coherence, & nervous system capacity.

Let’s do it in a way that feels like a breath of fresh air instead of confusing concepts.

Quantum physics says: “reality responds to what’s consistently observed.”

And:

Your RAS decides what you’re even able to see.

Neuroplasticity decides what patterns feel normal.

Your nervous system decides what feels safe to keep in your actual reality.

Manifestation is what happens when all of those agree…

And “coherence” is when none of those above systems are fighting against each other.

Let’s break each of these concepts down even deeper and talk about how they all braid together so you can stop feeling like you’re “almost there” and actually let what you’ve been working toward land in your real 3D reality.

 

1) Quantum physics: “Reality responds to what’s consistently observed.” 

Keyword being… “consistently”

…Not what you want for one day, what you claim in an emotional “high,” or what you visualize and then immediately panic about.

Reality responds to:

What you keep coming back to.

What you orient yourself around.

What your system treats as normal.

When people say “quantum leap,” that’s where something stops feeling temporary and starts feeling like, “Oh. This is just how it is now.”

But you have to remember exactly what is doing the observing:

Your body, your nervous system, and your old subconscious patterns…

You can want one reality with your mind and still be observing a totally different one with your survival responses.

Which is why people say things like, “I know it’s possible… but my life still looks the exact same.”

That’s not a “mindset issue”… that’s your nervous system still bracing for something.

And this is where the “RAS” comes in…

 

2. The Reticular Activating System “You can’t see what you can’t see”

Your RAS is basically your brain’s “bouncer”… it decides what gets in and what gets kicked out.

It’s always scanning for proof of what you already believe is true about safety, identity, money, visibility, relationships, entrepreneurship, your capacity to hold what you want, etc.

So if you say you’re ready for ease & expansion but your baseline belief is still: “If I relax… if I’m not in control… something will go wrong” then your RAS will *subconsciously* keep filtering your world for evidence that confirms lack, scarcity, being “almost there” and old outdated fear/control narratives.

You’ll notice:

- what’s missing

- what’s taking too long

- what isn’t consistent yet

- what still needs to be fixed/healed 

…even if things are actively working.

This is why you can be in the middle of a real upgrade and still feel behind… Reality is changing, but your RAS is still aligned with your old identity’s proof. 

 

3) Neuroplasticity (why “knowing better” doesn’t automatically change anything)

Neuroplasticity is how your brain wires what feels normal.

But - it doesn’t wire around what you conceptually understand… it wires around what you repeatedly experience.

So if you’ve spent years in urgency, bracing, people-pleasing, self-surveillance, waiting for the other shoe to drop, and working hard to feel worthy…

Then calm expansion will feel… suspicious… because it’s unfamiliar.

This is the part people misunderstand about manifestation.

They think “if I believe it, it should happen.”

But your brain doesn’t change from belief alone - it changes from repetition.

And the real key to neuroplasticity is that your brain doesn’t know the difference between real and imagination.

And… you don’t actually want the “thing” - you want the feeling state you think it will give you.

Spend time imagining being in that feeling state NOW - and holding that feeling long enough for your system to recognize it as familiar. Every time you do that, your brain goes,

“Oh. This exists.”

“Oh. This is familiar.”

“Oh. We’ve been here before.”

…that’s neuroplasticity, and it allows your next level identity to feel normal.

Which leads us to: 

 

4) Nervous system capacity (the actual reason shifts don’t “stick”)

Your nervous system decides what feels safe to keep in your actual reality.

Not what’s “true” spiritually or “possible” logically… but what actually feels safe to you now, in this moment. 

If you still subconsciously associate expansion with:

- pressure

- more responsibility

- being judged

- being resented

- being visible

- being alone at the top

- collapsing after success

Your system will unconsciously pull you back.

People call this “sabotaging,” but really… you’re protecting yourself. 

This is why people say:

“I felt aligned… and then it slipped away.”

“I had momentum… and then I spiraled.”

That’s your nervous system saying:

“I can touch it… but I don’t trust living there yet.”

This is the exact identity threshold I described in this transmission from the movie Frozen 2 - where identity shifts internally before reality fully reflects it.

It's the moment where internal coherence begins, even before any physical evidence stabilizes. 

That’s where capacity work matters… not just “nervous system regulation” - because that just gets you back to baseline - but actual expansion of what your body can hold without bracing.

Which brings us to:

 

5) Manifestation (what it actually is under this lens)

Manifestation is not magic or mythical or some “woo woo” bullshit… it’s REAL, and it’s the result of all of this. 

It’s what happens when:

- your observation stays consistent (quantum)

- your brain can perceive new proof (RAS)

- the new pattern becomes normal (neuroplasticity)

- your body trusts it (nervous system capacity)

Manifestation is literally your external reality reflecting internal agreement… which is why people say that “You’re always creating your reality.” Because based on all the above, you are. 

So, if you keep “manifesting” the almost-but-not-quite-there version of what you want, it’s not because you didn’t visualize hard enough… 

It’s because some part of your system is still split:

- your mind wants it

- your body doesn’t trust it

- your brain filters for proof it isn’t here yet

- your nervous system braces and calls that “normal” and “safe”

Which brings us to the anchor concept: coherence 

 

6) Coherence (the thing everyone wants)

Coherence is when none of these systems are fighting against each other.

It’s when:

- your mind isn’t trying to convince your body

- your body isn’t bracing against what your soul already knows

- your nervous system isn’t interpreting expansion as danger

- your RAS starts filtering for evidence of arrival

- your patterns and actions start reinforcing “this is normal now”

Coherence is the moment your whole system agrees: “I’m safe here.” 🥹❤️

And that’s when these shifts become your baseline…

It’s how you actually quantum leap and timeline jump and manifest everything you know is meant to be yours.

They need their body, brain, nervous system, emotions, logic, and physical reality to actually agree with the identity they’re stepping into.
